KIKI is organic, handcrafted, naturally lacto-fermented products made in Stockholm by chef Danne Berg. She has over a decade of experience working as a professional chef with a fondness for fermenting. Her latest position was as head chef at Rosendals Trädgård. Danne also does fermenting workshops.
